1. How do I change my style?

You can change your subscription style by logging into your account, visiting your 'Account Preferences' in the top right drop-down menu, and choosing the 'Your Subscriptions' tab in the left menu bar. From there, you can see your subscription status and update your style. If you need any other assistance, you can email our team at captain@rootbizzle.com. We'll gladly make a change to your style or subscription preferences.

2. When does each order ship out?

We ship all our ties and socks on the 15th of each month, regardless of when you sign up for your subscription. You will receive a shipping notification email from our system when a shipment goes out.

3. When do subscription plans renew?

For customer convenience, all plans auto-renew and all renewals occur on the 1st of each month, until cancelled. If you are on the month-to-month plan, renewals occur on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you are on the 3-month upfront plan, a renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment for an additional 3-month renewal (for example, if you sign up on May 1 for a 3-month plan, you'll receive a shipment on May 15th, June 15th, and July 15th, and then the 3-month renewal charge will occur on August 1st). If you are on the 6-month upfront plan, a renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment for an additional 6-month renewal (for example, if you sign up on May 1 for a 6-month plan, you'll receive a shipment on May 15th, June 15th, July 15th, August 15th, September 15th, and October 15th, and then the 6-month renewal charge will occur on November 1st).

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to our low price subscription club model, we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges for any products you received.

5. Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide refunds once a product has shipped.

6. How do I cancel my account?

You can easily cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, visiting your 'Account Preferences' in the top right drop-down menu, and choosing the 'Your Subscriptions' tab in the left menu bar. From there, you can see your subscription and cancel or change your style. You may also email our team at any time at captain@rootbizzle.com and we'll go ahead and cancel your subscription or update your subscription preferences for you.
